Mark is a partner with Shelbourne Healthcare Development Company. Mark joined Shelbourne in 2014 to oversee Project Management and Development. Mark has been in the construction and real estate development business for over 30 years and has extensive experience ranging from modest renovation projects to a $33 million condominium project in center city Philadelphia. Mark’s responsibilities include project management and development, site selection and overseeing the approvals and rezoning process.
Mark is an active member of the Philadelphia development community. He regularly participates in local land use forums, and is a vocal proponent of the New Urbanism theory of real estate development. Mark, a graduate of Gettysburg College, resides with his wife in St. Davids, Pennsylvania.
